Your Medical Navigation Package includes three prepaid 60-minute Boundary Clarity Sessions by Zoom. After purchase, all three sessions will be added to your account.

You do not need to schedule all three at once. Visit My Account → My Sessions whenever you are ready, choose Schedule a Boundary Clarity Session, and select an available date and time.

No coupon code is needed. Your prepaid session will be applied automatically.

• Three private 1-hour strategy sessions (via Zoom, scheduled as needed over 4 months):
We will decode the medical situation you’re in, map out options, and create a clear action plan which includes: appointment prep, processing diagnoses, navigating hospitalizations, or making treatment decisions.
• Unlimited email access between sessions and for the 4 months:
Email me. The last thing you need is to wait a week or months for answers and guidance. I respond within 24 hours. Always.
• Pre-appointment prep support:
Send me the appointment details 48 hours before and I’ll send you a customized list of questions to ask, things to clarify, and red flags to watch for.
• Personalized action plans:
You’ll receive a written plan: what to do next, what questions to ask providers, what decisions to make, and what to watch for.
• Medical Jargon translation:
I’ll decode test results, treatment options, discharge instructions, medication changes-whatever’s confusing you, and put it into language you can understand so we can figure out how to fit it into your real life.
